Yakinori is a kind of sushi rolled up in sheets
of Nori.
Sometimes the filling is quite simple, such
as tuna or cucumber, but there are also quite
elaborate fillings.
Yakinori is a rolled sushi with a filling of
Kanpyo, Mitsuba, Omelet, mushrooms and what
you like.
It may also be used for rice ball, or simply
on rice with soy sauce. It tastes great on soup
or as a topping of noodles, pasta or salad.
EFFICACY OF NORI
Nori itself is a natural food. Nori contains
much of nutrition such as protein for digestion,
